Emma Darnell was elected to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners in May of 1992, and re-elected to four year terms, without opposition, in 1994, 1998, and 2002. Based upon her belief that the resources of government, wisely used, can transform lives, as a member of the County Commission, has focused on the delivery of improved services for all people, especially minorities, women, senior citizens, and the poor.
