Jacqueline M. Belcher

President of Georgia Perimeter College

In 1995, Jacqueline became President of Georgia Perimeter College, the largest associate degree-granting college and the third largest institution of higher learning in the University System of Georgia.  She is an alumnus of the Institute for the Management of Lifelong Education at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education; the League for Innovation in the Community College's Executive Leadership Institute; and Straub Leadership Consultants' HILS (Helping Individuals Lead Successfully) Program.  Dr. Belcher is also a Qualified and Certified Relationship Awareness Facilitator through Personal Strengths Publishing.
